A B C VERSES (25 Points per verse)  for 2007
For those who have finished 1st – 4th grades

A – All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.                                
B – Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.                        
C – Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right.                          
D – Do all things without complaining and disputing                                      
E – Even a child is known by his actions, whether what he does is pure and right.                     
F – For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.                
G – God is love.                                                                                                       
H – Honor your father and your mother that your days may be long upon the land
which the Lord your God is giving you.                                                  
I – I am the vine, you are the branches.  He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit;
for without Me you can do nothing.                                                         
J – Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father
except through Me.                                                                                     
K – Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit.           
L – Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you,
M – Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works which You have done.
N – No one can serve two masters…You cannot serve God and mammon.
O – Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!  For His mercy endures forever.
P – Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Q – Quench not the Spirit.                                                                                    
R – Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will
of God in Christ Jesus for you.                                                                 
S – Show me Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths.                             
T – Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding
U – Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given…And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
V – Vengence is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord.                                           
W – Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart;
wait, I say, on the LORD!                                                                           
X – Exceedingly great and precious promises have been given to us.        
Y – You are the light of the world.  A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.    
Z – Zion hears and is glad…because of Your judgments, O LORD.
